Our client is seeking to recruit an ambitious and forward-thinking Administrator for their Executive Compensation Services team located in Jersey. This permanent position requires the individual to work Monday to Friday, totalling 35 hours per week, with the possibility of on-site or hybrid arrangements. The role involves a varied workload aimed at providing exceptional customer service, including client communications, preparing resolutions for the trustee, and managing payments and records updates. The Administrator will also maintain online administration portals, which requires technical affinity and proficient data management skills. Job Duties:
- Effectively assist in the administration of a diverse portfolio of clients, adhering to tight deadlines when necessary
- Proactively undertake additional administration tasks to support team members according to client demands
- Develop knowledge of the team's online administration portal and additional trust accounting and management systems
- Acquire an understanding of key trustee and deferred compensation concepts
- Ensure compliance with relevant jurisdictional and regulatory requirements and all organisational policies and procedures
- Maintain the integrity of client data and ensure client records are kept accurate
- Communicate regularly and transparently with clients, intermediaries, and team members
- Manage and prioritise daily work activities efficiently
- Demonstrate commitment to achieving service excellence
- Support a senior team member in managing workloads and take responsibility for administrative tasks under their supervision
- Foster an approachable and accessible environment for all team members, offering guidance when needed

Job Requirements:
- Ability to work independently, exercising initiative and ownership of tasks
- Commitment to achieving service excellence personally and for the team
- Proactive and forward-thinking attitude
- Ideally, one to two years of experience in a similar role or in another area of the finance industry with transferable skills
- Proficient in online filing systems, Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the capability of using online systems and banking platforms
- Interest and affinity for utilising technology to enhance client service
