Client Success Lead

Our client is seeking a Client Success Lead to design and implement onboarding training programmes that streamline client adoption and reduce ramp-up time. The role involves responding to all “How do I...?” support tickets and delivering ongoing client training that boosts engagement and strengthens long-term relationships. Additionally, the successful candidate will develop a comprehensive library of Product Training guides for both client and internal use. The role also includes contributing to pre-release testing, identifying issues early to improve product quality and reliability. Moreover, the candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering staff training initiatives that enhance product knowledge and promote knowledge sharing. The successful applicant will play a key role in special projects, applying strategic problem-solving skills to deliver measurable improvements. This position may be offered on a full-time or part-time basis, with working hours set at 37.5 hours per week.

Job Duties:

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding training programmes, including planning, documentation, and implementation.
  • Deliver ongoing client training sessions to drive engagement and strengthen client relationships.
  • Develop Client Development as a commercial function, targeting training revenues of at least £40,000 in 2026.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date library of Training and Support documentation across the application suite.
  • Support pre-release testing of software to ensure quality and usability before launch, and promptly resolve “How do I...?” support tickets.
  • Design and facilitate internal staff training to build organisational capability.
  • Contribute to special projects, adapting quickly to evolving business needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client success or training roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create engaging training materials.
  • Experience in developing programmes that drive client adoption and increase product knowledge.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the application suite and ability to support its use effectively.
