IT Operations Senior Analyst

Our client is seeking an IT Operations Senior Analyst to provide programming and support to the business. This role involves the development and maintenance of document management processes using Laserfiche, and the creation of dashboards for management information aimed at improving operational efficiencies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for automating manual processes, enhancing the “key it once” ethos throughout the organisation. The role requires integration of Laserfiche with various other software systems used by the business, as well as offering technical support for data interfaces. This is a full-time position with opportunities to further develop essential technical skills while contributing to the client's initiatives.

Job Duties:

• Develop document management processes within Laserfiche.
• Maintain existing processes within Laserfiche.
• Build required dashboards for management information to enable retirement of manual logs.
• Update dashboards as required within Laserfiche.
• Develop workflows within Laserfiche to automate manual processes.
• Maintain workflows within Laserfiche.
• Integrate Laserfiche with other software platforms such as Acumen, MeshID, and PeopleHR.
• Provide technical support for interfaces and feeds from external sources into the firm’s software.

Job Requirements:

• Experienced programmer/developer with knowledge of Laserfiche and SQL.
• Familiarity with Acumen and MeshID is beneficial but not essential.
• Commercially minded with a client-focused approach.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective and concise communication skills.
• Proactive and responsive to colleagues and third-party intermediaries.
• Open to developing new initiatives to improve client experiences.
• Professional qualifications in relevant technology areas or willingness to undertake studies.
• Ability to use technology effectively and continuously develop policies and procedures.
• Motivated to deliver efficient and effective services.
