Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join their Client Services team. This role involves overseeing the administration of corporate and fiduciary services for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring a high standard of service delivery. As a Senior Administrator, you will manage client relationships effectively, contribute to the overall success of the team, and take ownership of your workload. In addition, the position involves leading the client acceptance process, supervising junior team members, and identifying process improvements to enhance service delivery. Job Duties:
- Provide comprehensive administration support for a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring all client transactions and relationships are handled effectively and professionally.
- Manage client expectations and build strong, lasting relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
- Oversee the administration of workload, ensuring timely and accurate processing of work, prioritising tasks effectively, and meeting transaction, statutory, and internal deadlines.
- Lead the client acceptance process, ensuring compliance and suitability of potential clients.
- Supervise junior team members, providing guidance and support as necessary and promoting team cohesion.
- Assist in the identification of process improvements and best practices to enhance client service delivery.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested by senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in corporate administration, with a strong background in fiduciary services.
- Progression towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g., STEP or CGI) is highly desired.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong team leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a desire to excel in a financial services environment.
- Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
