Our client is seeking a Trust Manager to oversee a team comprising relationship managers and administrators while managing a portfolio of client relationships. This pivotal role involves the management, delegation, and control of the team's routine processing, including aspects such as cash management and the exercise of discretionary powers. The Trust Manager will also be responsible for the maintenance of records, statutory or otherwise, and the review and monitoring of investment portfolios, ensuring that management information is provided to the senior management team. Participation in management meetings is crucial, where the individual will contribute to the enhancement and development of internal practices and procedures. Adhering to internal policies and procedures while providing an exceptional level of client service is vital. Additionally, the role requires ensuring that employee time chargeable utilisation targets are met and that invoices are raised and paid promptly. The Trust Manager will act as the primary relationship manager for several clients and intermediaries, actively seeking opportunities to develop relationships and cross-sell services.
