The successful candidate will proactively facilitate fiduciary decision-making, mentor junior team members, and maintain meticulous time recording to achieve profitability targets. The position offers a full-time commitment, with the expectation of meeting key performance indicators. Ideal candidates will have between 5 to 10 years of experience working with high-net-worth international families and possess a deep understanding of their unique needs and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with clients and third-party service providers while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. This role also requires staying current on market developments and contributing to group projects, making it vital for maintaining operational excellence and enhanced client service delivery.
