Manager, Private Capital

Our client is seeking a Manager, Private Capital who will play a crucial role in entity management and maintenance from the late onboarding stage through the full structure life cycle. This position requires proactive collaboration with Client Directors to ensure the highest standards of service delivery are maintained. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all entities, ensuring they align with documented requirements, policies, and procedures. Exceptional communication skills are essential as this role involves engaging with clients and third parties to demonstrate technical awareness and cultural affinity. This role also includes delivering all client work in line with the company's vision and values, while ensuring KPIs are regularly updated. The manager is expected to support effective fiduciary decision-making and mentor junior colleagues, promoting best practices. This is a full-time position with occasional travel for business purposes.

Job Duties:

  • Work closely with Client Directors on proactive entity management and maintenance.
  • Ensure all data and records of entities are accurate and up to date.
  • Deliver client work and communications that align with the company's standards.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients and third-party stakeholders.
  • Support fiduciary decision-making through comprehensive case preparation.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with third-party service providers.
  • Maintain accurate time recording to meet profitability targets.
  • Undertake reviews and workflows, addressing issues promptly.
  • Complete regulatory filings accurately and on time.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and share knowledge effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience serving high-net-worth international families.
  • A solid understanding of the issues facing high-net-worth families and their structures.
  • Proven ability to manage complex international fiduciary structures.
  • Experience in collaborating with industry professionals.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local trust and company legislation.
  • Understanding of investments, property, and other asset classes.
  • Strong awareness of compliance with KYC, AML, CFT, and GDPR requirements.
  • Proficiency in working with relevant software tools, particularly NavOne.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
