Manager, Private Capital

Our client is an award-winning provider of private wealth, fund, and corporate administration services. The Manager, Private Capital role involves working closely with Client Directors to ensure proactive entity management and maintenance from the late onboarding stage through the full structure life cycle. The individual will ensure that data and records for all entities are up to date, accurate, and aligned with documented requirements, policy, and procedure. Delivery of all client work and communication will adhere to our client's vision and values while maintaining expected service standards and upholding KPIs at all times. The role calls for excellent communication with clients and third parties, both written and verbal, demonstrating appropriate technical awareness and cultural sensitivity. The successful candidate will support fiduciary decision-making by preparing comprehensive case inputs for discussions at relevant forums. Building strong relationships with third-party service providers to facilitate future referrals is also key. The Manager will maintain accurate time recording to meet utilisation and profitability targets and ensure regulatory filings are executed timely.

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with Client Directors on entity management and maintenance.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of entity data and records.
  • Deliver client work in accordance with organisational vision and service standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and external parties.
  • Support fiduciary decision-making with thorough case preparation.
  • Liaise effectively with third-party service providers and build relationships.
  • Maintain accurate time recording to achieve profitability targets.
  • Conduct reviews and address issues collaboratively with the wider team.
  • Ensure timely resolution of risk review actions and regulatory filings.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and share knowledge effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Positive collaboration with Private Wealth colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing director-level client entities or affiliate members.
  • Compliance with internal policies and regulatory/legal requirements.
  • Ability to identify cross-sell opportunities and communicate effectively with Client Directors.
  • Maintenance of technical awareness and knowledge of market developments.
  • Contribution to group projects as needed.
  • Must hold relevant qualifications such as STEP, ICSA, Accountancy, or Legal.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience serving high-net-worth international families.
  • Understanding of complex fiduciary structures and local legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Awareness of KYC, AML, CFT, and GDPR requirements.
  • Proficient in NavOne and core MS Office applications.
