Manager, Compliance, Fund Services

Our client is seeking a Manager to join their Compliance – Fund Services team in Guernsey. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to play a pivotal role in guiding key business stakeholders on compliance matters. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Manager – Compliance, who is responsible for the compliance of entities in Guernsey. The role involves ensuring adherence to internal policies while also meeting regulatory and legislative requirements. The ideal candidate should be professionally qualified, with a strong understanding of the fiduciary services sector and fund structures. Job Duties:

• Provide compliance guidance to key business stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies as well as regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Advise and report on business issues and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager – Compliance on compliance-related matters.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of fiduciary services and fund structures.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Professionally qualified in a relevant field.
• Minimum of seven years’ relevant experience in compliance.
• Strong knowledge of the fiduciary services sector and fund structures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven industry experience with a client-centric mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
