Administrator, Corporate Services

Our client is seeking an Administrator for Corporate Services to manage a client portfolio under the supervision of a Senior Administrator or Line Manager. The successful candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the client’s portfolio, with a strong focus on risk awareness, relationship management, and the fulfilment of contractual and statutory obligations. This role is vital to ensure timely and effective client care while adhering to the organisation's policies and procedures. The position requires excellent communication skills and high attention to detail, as the role holder will be responsible for billing, cash collection, and maintaining accurate records. The Administrator will also need to stay informed about regulatory requirements, particularly regarding compliance and anti-money laundering legislation. The ideal candidate will be proactive and have the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Job Duties:

  • Administer and monitor a client portfolio within agreed timescales, suggesting enhancements where necessary.
  • Manage billing and cash collection processes, minimising write-offs where possible.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of client entities, managing risk exposure and compliance with review procedures.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of the central diary system, ensuring all deadlines are recorded and achieved.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client entities, ensuring all statutory obligations are met.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
  • Ensure compliance with continuing professional development (CPD) requirements as per qualification levels.
  • Follow the organisation's core values and expected behaviours.
  • Undertake any other duties as requested by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and a completer/finisher mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of funds and corporate structures.
  • A legal or compliance qualification is essential, along with the ability to interpret complex legislation and technical guidance.
