Our client is seeking an Associate Trust Officer to support the management of fiduciary accounts within the Private Client Fiduciary Services (PCFS) sector. This role involves assisting in the administration of a designated portfolio of fiduciary entities, which may include trusts, companies, foundations, and nomineeships. The Associate will work closely with Fiduciaries and various teams, such as Fiduciary Management, Fiduciary Structure Management, and the Professional Services Group, to ensure the delivery of bespoke services tailored to client needs. This position will include facilitating client and advisor visits, contributing to the development of client relationships, and providing essential support in managing procedural tasks. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proactive approach in assisting with client requests, fee reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, making it an excellent opportunity for someone early in their fiduciary career.
