Trust Administrator

Our client is looking for a Trust Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis. With years of experience in the Channel Islands, they specialise in assisting international clients with the establishment and administration of a broad spectrum of onshore and offshore structures. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality service to both the relationship managers and clients, ensuring timely and efficient administration of trust and company portfolios. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organisational capabilities. The successful Trust Administrator will demonstrate a keen attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and reliably in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

  • Overseeing the general administration of a portfolio of Trusts and Companies
  • Conducting statutory work, including minutes, agreements, and Trust Instruments as necessary
  • Liaising effectively with clients, intermediaries, and various institutions
  • Managing the purchase and sale of a diverse range of investments and assets
  • Handling payments, distributions, invoices, and investments
  • Ensuring that client due diligence (CDD) is regularly updated
  • Completing investment applications, redemptions, W-8BEN-E forms, introducer certificates, and proxy forms
  • Providing coverage for team members during their absences
  • Undertaking any other duties as required by management

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently, prioritising tasks and adapting to changing work requirements
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team setting
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new regulations and business environments
  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on accuracy and detail
