Applications & Development Analyst

Our client is seeking an Applications and Development Analyst to provide programming and support to their business operations. This full-time role involves the development and maintenance of document management processes within Laserfiche, ensuring workflows are streamlined and efficient. The successful candidate will build and update the necessary dashboards for management information, facilitating the transition from manual tracking methods. Further responsibilities include integrating Laserfiche with other essential software, such as Acumen and MeshID, to enhance data efficiency. The Analyst will also provide technical support for interfaces and feeds from external sources to the firm’s software. This position requires a proactive approach and is ideal for someone who is responsive to colleagues and focused on improving client experiences.

Job Duties:

• Development of document management processes within Laserfiche
• Maintenance of existing processes within Laserfiche
• Build the required dashboards for management information
• Maintenance and updating of dashboards as required within Laserfiche
• Development of workflows within Laserfiche to automate manual processes
• Maintenance of workflows within Laserfiche
• Integration of Laserfiche with other software such as Acumen, MeshID, and PeopleHR
• Provide technical support for interfaces and feeds from external sources into the firm’s software

Job Requirements:

• Experienced programmer/developer with Laserfiche and SQL
• Experience with Acumen and MeshID preferred but not essential
• Commercially minded and client-focused
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective and concise communication skills
• Professional qualification or willingness to pursue such studies
• Ability to use technology effectively while evolving policies and procedures
• Skills in developing bespoke client reporting
