Trust Administrator

As a Trust Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a small portfolio of clients, which includes a mixture of trusts and companies, all under the guidance and supervision of a Senior Trust Administrator or Trust Supervisor. This is a full-time position.

Job Duties:

  • Ensure that statutory records are kept up to date and accurately maintained at all times.
  • Enter payments and identify receipts as required.
  • Prepare minutes/resolutions of the Trustee/Board for routine matters.
  • Assist with clearing any action points following the annual entity reviews.
  • Liaise with respective departments regarding legal, accounting, and taxation matters.
  • Communicate with clients and intermediaries both by telephone and in writing regarding non-complex matters.
  • Carry out general administrative tasks related to the running of Trust and Company structures.
  • Involvement in ad hoc project work of a non-complex nature.

Job Requirements:

  • Educated to ‘A’ Level standard, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience managing a portfolio of clients.
  • Willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification, such as the STEP Certificate or Diploma.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • A good team player.
  • Ability to work to deadlines with minimal supervision.
