Senior Administrator, Client Services

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Administrator to join their ambitious and busy Governance Services team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administration for a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, with a strong focus on client service aspects. This role involves managing the full life cycle of clients, including the client take-on process and all ongoing administrative aspects. The role is designed for those with solid administration experience within corporate, trust, and fiduciary services who are eager to work in a professional and friendly environment. Job Duties:

  • Manage and be wholly responsible for the administration of a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring effective client relationships and high standards of administration.
  • Understand the transactions worked on, providing technical support and training to colleagues when required.
  • Properly manage client expectations and nurture valuable relationships.
  • Assist with the effective management of day-to-day activities, ensuring timely processing of work and adherence to transactional and procedural deadlines, along with managing WIP and debt collection.
  • Appropriately delegate tasks and utilise team resources to maintain client service standards.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven corporate administration experience.
  • Holding or studying towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g., STEP or CGI).
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software.
  • Advantageous experience with specialist software, such as Document Management Systems and Viewpoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Positive and flexible approach to work.
  • Proficient in managing and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Capability to work independently.
