Trust and Corporate Administrator

Our client is an independent, leading provider of bespoke private wealth, corporate administration, and yacht services to companies, individuals, and families across the globe. Based in the Malta Office, the successful candidate will work within a team and report to the Trust Manager. The role includes ongoing training and support through external courses as needed. Responsibilities involve the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of clients, including trusts and companies and managing a variety of arrangements. Job Duties:

  • Handle the setup and day-to-day administration of trusts and companies
  • Liaise with clients, professional advisors, intermediaries, and government authorities by telephone and in writing
  • Attend meetings with clients
  • Draft minutes and resolutions and prepare documents for routine and complex transactions
  • Coordinate and assist with bank account setups and other applications as required
  • Ensure statutory records are kept up to date and are accurately maintained
  • Carry out annual reviews of all entities
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Engage in ad hoc project work as needed

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years’ relevant experience managing a portfolio of clients
  • Educated to ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent
  • Studying for the STEP qualification is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good numeracy and computer skills
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Good team player
  • Ability to work to deadlines with minimal supervision
