Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate Manager to join their welcoming and supportive team, responsible for administering a varied portfolio of clients. This is a permanent position with a focus on managing structures of varying complexity while interacting with both clients and intermediaries. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the team director to proactively develop and build tailored solutions, thereby enhancing client relationships over the long term. The role includes oversight of a team with at least one manager reporting directly, and providing cover for the team management group in their absence. Key performance indicators will include daily input of timesheets, achieving a utilisation target of 57%, and generating £75,000 in annual recurring revenue. The position also entails conducting appraisals for the team and ensuring the management of work-in-progress (WIP) while minimizing write-offs.
