Senior Corporate Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate Manager to join their welcoming and supportive team, responsible for administering a varied portfolio of clients. This is a permanent position with a focus on managing structures of varying complexity while interacting with both clients and intermediaries. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the team director to proactively develop and build tailored solutions, thereby enhancing client relationships over the long term. The role includes oversight of a team with at least one manager reporting directly, and providing cover for the team management group in their absence. Key performance indicators will include daily input of timesheets, achieving a utilisation target of 57%, and generating £75,000 in annual recurring revenue. The position also entails conducting appraisals for the team and ensuring the management of work-in-progress (WIP) while minimizing write-offs. This role provides the opportunity to play a significant part in client administration and team leadership, ensuring high standards of service are delivered consistently.

Job Duties:

  • Administer client portfolios effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide technical and managerial support to team members.
  • Encourage long-term client relationships.
  • Develop strategies to meet client needs using financial and investment awareness.
  • Anticipate and problem-solve client-related issues proactively.
  • Identify and communicate service improvements.
  • Cultivate professional relationships with intermediaries for referrals.
  • Ensure team compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and authorise daily timesheet inputs.
  • Undertake team appraisals and set objectives for development.

Job Requirements:

  • Holds a Table 4 qualification.
  • Proven experience in trust and company administration, financial services, or legal services.
  • Solid understanding of the regulatory framework.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong initiative with a commitment to excellence.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Proactive and flexible team player.
