A full-time Trainee Administrator position is available in Jersey, offering a unique opportunity to support the team in administering a small portfolio of clients, ensuring the efficient execution of daily administrative activities. This role will primarily involve servicing one large ultra-high-net-worth client structure, which provides a platform to build a strong foundation in trust and company administration. The successful candidate will gain exposure to working on complex and high-profile client structures within a dynamic and professional setting. The responsibilities encompass various administrative tasks that align with company policies and regulatory requirements, allowing the individual to develop necessary skills and knowledge in the fiduciary sector.
Job Duties:
- Undertake general administrative tasks to support the team, ensuring completion in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the preparation, checking, and processing of payments and associated checklists.
- Support the preparation of board packs, meeting materials, and draft minutes.
- Maintain accurate client records, including data input and updates within internal systems.
- Assist in preparing documents and signing packs for Directors, utilising electronic signing platforms.
- Monitor team inboxes and ensure queries and requests are efficiently addressed.
- Assist in gathering information from internal teams, including bookkeeping and compliance, as needed.
- Support the organisation and collation of client and financial data for reporting and budgeting processes.
- Assist with inputting and organising client expense information for monthly reporting.
- Complete standard forms and administrative processes with guidance.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle client data in line with policies.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required.
Job Requirements:

- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel).
