Senior Administrator, Private Capital

The Senior Administrator plays a fundamental role in supporting the management of client entities, ensuring that all documentation and records are meticulously maintained throughout their lifecycle. This is a full-time position that demands proactive entity management while upholding the highest standards of service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy and compliance with the organisation’s policies and procedures. An emphasis will be placed on effective communication with clients and third parties to ensure all interactions align with the values of the organisation. Duties will include preparing materials for fiduciary decision-making meetings and liaising with third-party service providers to fulfil client needs. Additionally, this role requires accurate time recording to assist in meeting profitability targets while mentoring junior colleagues and maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Job Duties:

  • Manage and maintain client entity documentation and records throughout their lifecycle.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients and communicate effectively with third parties.
  • Prepare comprehensive materials for fiduciary decision-making discussions.
  • Collaborate with third-party service providers to meet client needs.
  • Maintain accurate time recording to support profitability targets.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure all regulatory filings are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Spot cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with client management teams.

Job Requirements:

  • 5-10 years’ experience working with high-net-worth international clients.
  • Strong understanding of the complexities facing high-net-worth families and their structures.
  • Proven ability to manage fiduciary responsibilities effectively.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local trust and company legislation.
  • Understanding of investment, property, and various asset classes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Familiarity with KYC, AML, CFT, and GDPR compliance.
  • Proficiency in NavOne and core Microsoft Office applications.
  • Relevant qualifications such as STEP, ICSA, Accountancy or Legal qualifications.
