Senior / Administrator, Private Clients

This role is focused on providing comprehensive support within the Private Clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the team. The position is based in Guernsey and offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the financial services sector. The chosen individual will have access to full training, which includes both in-house and support for professional qualifications in line with company policy. The role offers flexible working arrangements to accommodate the needs of the individual.

Job Duties:

  • Manage and maintain client records and documentation
  • Assist with the preparation of client reports and correspondence
  • Liaise with clients and third parties to ensure effective communication
  • Support the team in daily administrative functions
  • Contribute to the team’s objectives by fulfilling assigned tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in financial services
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
