This role is designed for an enthusiastic and highly organised trust professional who is eager to work within a dynamic Family Office Team. The Trust Administrator will be responsible for providing excellent service to Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients with a strong focus on a client-centric and solution-driven approach. The position involves a variety of duties including the maintenance of client information, completion of day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and assisting in the management of bank accounts. Job Duties:
- Assist with the set-up and maintenance of client information in the database and statutory records, including minutes of directors' and shareholders' meetings.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping for companies and trusts up to trial balance, encompassing monthly reconciliations and statement downloads.
- Support the opening and closing of entity bank accounts and review incoming funds, liaising with bankers as necessary.
- Prepare emails for senior team members, manage telephone messages, and conduct callbacks as required.
- Develop an understanding of the firm’s policies and procedures and their relevance to daily operations.
- Maintain the client information database and statutory records accurately.
- Prepare routine investment review minutes and liaise with investment advisors and brokers as needed.
- Complete timekeeping in accordance with company expectations and work towards set utilisation targets.
Job Requirements:
- Successful attainment of a minimum of 5 GCSEs, or equivalent, at grade 4 (or C) and above, including English and Maths.
- Effective and confident communication skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of individuals.
- Capability to organise work schedules over the short term, with support when necessary.
- Ability to work to specified standards and service levels, proposing solutions for straightforward daily challenges.
- Show evidence of a positive and committed approach to teamwork, recognising the importance of collaboration in delivering outstanding client service.
