This middle office style role entails processing all aspects of retirement product administration within a dynamic team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of retirement products, while gaining insight into Trusts and Companies. Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks associated with retirement products and responding to member and Financial Advisor queries regarding ongoing requests. The role requires effective communication with the Client Relationship Team, as well as liaison with investment houses, banks, and other financial institutions. The Administrator will also be tasked with updating pertinent systems, ensuring accurate administration through checklists, and preparing essential documentation, including trustee minutes and resolutions. This full-time position requires the individual to work collaboratively with a shared Service Centre, aligning with the organisation's values. Training opportunities will be provided, and the role may adapt to evolving service demands.
