An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator to join the Client Services team in Guernsey. This position is geared towards an experienced administrator with a solid understanding of corporate and fiduciary services, who possesses a passion for delivering exceptional client service. The role entails delivering high-quality administration across a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, supporting them throughout the full client lifecycle from onboarding through to ongoing administration. Responsibilities include managing client relationships and transactions effectively whilst ensuring excellent service delivery and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with colleagues across the business, providing guidance and support to junior team members. Additionally, the role offers the chance to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client structures and enhance technical knowledge through continued professional development.
Job Duties:
- Take responsibility for the administration of a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client structures, transactions, and activities.
- Provide technical support and training to junior team members as required.
- Ensure client expectations are effectively managed and nurture valuable relationships.
- Assist with the establishment, onboarding, and administration of Guernsey companies, partnerships, and trusts.
- Manage workflows effectively across the portfolio, ensuring timely processing of work.
- Ensure consistent high-quality client service levels are adhered to.
- Adhere to the firm's policies, procedures, values, and risk management framework.
- Collaborate with the Risk and Compliance team to process client due diligence accurately.
- Assist with the ongoing data input and maintenance within the corporate services practice management database.
- Maintain and enhance technical knowledge through CPD levels required for the role.
- Carry out any other ad hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a relevant role with a demonstrable understanding of corporate, trust, and fiduciary services principles.
- Effective organisational skills with a clear focus on prioritisation and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills; a real team player who actively promotes mutual respect and collaboration.
- Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, process efficiency, and automation.
- Part or fully qualified with STEP or ICSA, with a keen interest in continuous personal development.
- Knowledge of specialist industry software, e.g., Document Management Systems (Worksite) and Viewpoint, would be an advantage.
