This full-time position is based in Jersey and involves working closely with a supportive team of peers, managers, and Directors. Job Duties:
- Deliver tailored administration for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring personalised service.
- Develop a deep understanding of client structures, backgrounds, and objectives.
- Support the relevant manager or director in onboarding new clients.
- Meet clients and their advisers alongside a senior colleague.
- Act as a proactive team player, ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration.
- Adhere to the ethical charter and regulatory responsibilities in all activities.
- Prepare minutes, process payments, monitor KPIs, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with reviews, financial statements, action points, billing, and follow-up on fees.
- Identify and escalate issues or risks promptly.
- Contribute to process improvements and assist in refining operations.
- Share knowledge and support the development of junior colleagues where appropriate.
Job Requirements:
- Must have “Entitled for Work” status, with a minimum of 5 years' residency in Jersey.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with a strong track record in Trust Sector/Private Client administration.
- Strong understanding of Jersey trust and company legislation, regulation, and industry practice.
- Proven experience managing a varied portfolio, with increasing exposure to complex structures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational skills, accuracy, and time management.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and exercise sound judgement.
- Collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues.
- Working towards or having obtained the STEP Diploma in Offshore Trust Management and/or CGI Diploma/professional in Offshore Finance and Administration.
