Job Duties:
- Provide ongoing administration support for a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients.
- Assist in delivering high-quality client service and managing client relationships effectively.
- Support transactions and daily administration according to regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Manage and prioritise workloads to ensure accuracy and efficiency in meeting deadlines.
- Assist with work in progress (WIP) monitoring and debt collection activities as needed.
- Participate in client due diligence and client acceptance processes.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, intermediaries, and colleagues.
Job Requirements:
- Previous administration experience in corporate, trust, or fiduciary administration is ideal.
- Motivated to study or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or CGI).
- Demonstrable interpersonal skills with the ability to foster effective working relationships.
- High level of organisational skills and capability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive and positive approach to learning and professional development.
- Flexible and collaborative approach, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Genuine desire to build a successful career within the financial services industry.
