Administrator, Client Services

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Administrator to join a growing Governance Services team in Guernsey. The successful applicant will provide a wide range of administration services to a high-quality and diverse portfolio of clients within the corporate and fiduciary services sector. Key duties include delivering exceptional client service, assisting with day-to-day administration in line with regulatory requirements, and managing workloads to meet deadlines effectively. Job Duties:

  • Provide ongoing administration support for a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients.
  • Assist in delivering high-quality client service and managing client relationships effectively.
  • Support transactions and daily administration according to regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Manage and prioritise workloads to ensure accuracy and efficiency in meeting deadlines.
  • Assist with work in progress (WIP) monitoring and debt collection activities as needed.
  • Participate in client due diligence and client acceptance processes.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, intermediaries, and colleagues.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience in corporate, trust, or fiduciary administration is ideal.
  • Motivated to study or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or CGI).
  • Demonstrable interpersonal skills with the ability to foster effective working relationships.
  • High level of organisational skills and capability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive and positive approach to learning and professional development.
  • Flexible and collaborative approach, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Genuine desire to build a successful career within the financial services industry.
