Senior Administrator, Corporate Services

This role is for a Senior Administrator within the Corporate Services department, primarily responsible for providing comprehensive administration services to an international client base and their structures. The successful candidate will administer a portfolio comprising both corporate and private fund client structures, encompassing various asset classes, including real estate. The position entails overseeing the efficient processing of transactions, ensuring that supporting documentation is accurately prepared. A significant part of the role involves overseeing junior administrators, including their training and mentoring, as well as managing the onboarding of new clients. Additionally, attendance at client meetings may be required. This role also includes assistance with client GDPR, ISE, and tax filing submissions, along with ensuring compliance with the firm's policies and meeting regulatory standards. Building strong working relationships with team members, intermediaries, and clients will be essential, as will providing support to the Manager or Client Director as needed. A willingness to engage in business development activities to foster new client relationships will contribute to the overall success of the role.

Job Duties:

  • Administer a portfolio of corporate and private fund client structures efficiently and in accordance with terms of engagement
  • Ensure accurate preparation of supporting documentation for transactions
  • Oversee the work of junior administrators, including their training and mentoring
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients
  • Attend client meetings as requested
  • Assist with client GDPR, ISE, and tax filing submissions
  • Participate in the periodic reviews of client files and address any review points
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, meeting appropriate regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with team members, intermediaries, clients, and client advisors
  • Provide general assistance to the Manager or Client Director when required
  • Engage in business development activities to help win new work

Job Requirements:

  • Completed CGI/STEP Diploma or equivalent, or Qualified Accountant through a professional body
  • Relevant functional qualification to the role
  • Evidence of Continuous Professional Development
