Our client is seeking a Fund Administrator to assist with the administration of a range of private capital structures, which include funds and corporate structures. The position is full-time and offers an opportunity to provide exceptional service levels and client experiences throughout the entire lifecycle of these structures. Additionally, the role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and advisors, particularly around their unique structures and market dynamics.
JOB DUTIES:
- Assist in the administration of private capital structures and associated entities.
• Support the establishment of new structures and transition switch business in line with streamlined processes.
• Deliver exceptional service levels for clients and related parties throughout the lifecycle of their investments.
• Maintain and enhance client and advisor relationships through responsiveness and knowledge of client structures.
• Handle all aspects of company secretarial tasks, including compiling and distributing board packs and minutes for board meetings.
• Update and maintain static data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage accurate bookkeeping of all fund and corporate structures.
• Prepare bank reconciliations for client portfolios, analysing cash flows as needed.
• Set up entity, investor, and data cards in the accounting system under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in processing routine fund operations, such as investor calls and distributions.
• Prepare payment instructions for fund-related expenses.
• Execute and record all transactions accurately, including the maintenance of investor records.
• Work collaboratively, referring issues to the line manager with potential solutions whenever possible.
• Adhere to all company workflows, policies, and procedures, completing checklists in a timely manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Capability to handle tasks independently.
• Basic knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) legislation and requirements.
• Currently studying towards a professional qualification as a chartered secretary/ICSA or chartered accountant is preferred.
