Manager, Fiduciary Services

Our client is seeking an experienced Manager, Fiduciary Services to lead a team responsible for the administration of private, corporate and private fund structures across a range of asset classes, including real estate. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality fiduciary and administration services, ensuring client affairs are managed in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures. This position involves supervising a portfolio of client entities and providing leadership to a team of administrators. The role also requires reviewing complex transactions and documentation before submission to senior leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in client onboarding, regulatory reporting, compliance oversight and operational efficiency. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, intermediaries and professional advisers will be an important aspect of the position. In addition, the individual will contribute to business growth through participation in business development and marketing initiatives. JOB DUTIES:

  • Oversee and lead a team administering a portfolio of private, corporate and private fund client entities.
  • Ensure client work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with internal policies and procedures.
  • Review client transactions and documentation prepared by the administration team before submission to Directors.
  • Manage and oversee billing processes and debt collection activities for the client portfolio.
  • Supervise the onboarding of new clients and associated due diligence processes.
  • Oversee AEOI, GDPR, tax filing and regulatory submission requirements.
  • Participate in periodic client file reviews and ensure timely resolution of review points.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries and professional advisers.
  • Identify training and development requirements within the team and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Monitor team performance and financial targets, addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular appraisal, performance review and feedback meetings.
  • Act as a Class B Signatory in accordance with the authorised signing mandate.
  • Collaborate with senior management to improve operational effectiveness and support business growth initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • CGI/STEP Diploma or equivalent qualification completed, with progression towards a higher professional qualification where applicable.
  • Alternatively, a recognised professional accounting qualification or other relevant professional qualification.
  • Evidence of ongoing Continuous Professional Development.
  • Previous management training.
  • Strong people management and team leadership experience.
  • Extensive fiduciary, trust, corporate administration or fund administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Experience overseeing client onboarding and periodic review processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
