Our client is looking for a Senior Administrator to enhance their team in Jersey. This full-time role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work on-site and remotely. In this position, you will provide vital administrative support, act as a liaison for clients and stakeholders, and ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Senior Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of processes and systems while delivering excellent service. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and contributing to process improvements. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and able to work effectively in a busy environment while collaborating with multiple teams.
JOB DUTIES:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, effectively responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Manage and support the preparation of internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism at all times.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments while preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
- Assist in the administration of office processes to improve efficiency and support optimal service delivery.
- Support financial processes through the preparation and processing of invoices and documentation in line with company policies.
- Provide support during audit processes by gathering information and preparing necessary reports.
- Contribute to team projects and initiatives by providing feedback and suggesting improvements to existing workflows.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role is required.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word, is essential.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently when necessary is important.
- Experience with financial administration and knowledge of relevant processes would be beneficial.
- A background in developing and implementing administrative procedures to improve efficiency would be advantageous.
