This full-time position is integral to providing exceptional administration for a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, with a strong emphasis on client service. You will report to the Client Services Manager and play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the client life cycle, from the client take-on process to ongoing administration. In this position, you will ensure that client relationships are effectively nurtured and maintained while upholding the highest standards of service. JOB DUTIES:
- Oversee and take full responsibility for the administration of a varied portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring that all client relationships and administration are conducted effectively and to a high standard.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the transactions you are managing, providing technical support and training to other team members as required.
- Manage client expectations effectively while nurturing valuable relationships to enhance the overall client experience.
- Assist in the daily management of activities by ensuring timely processing of tasks, meeting both transactional and internal procedural deadlines, and overseeing work in progress and debt collection.
- Delegate work appropriately and utilise team resources efficiently to ensure client services are maintained at expected standards.
- Take on additional ad-hoc duties as requested.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in corporate administration or a similar role is essential.
- You should hold or be pursuing a relevant professional qualification, such as STEP or CGI.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software is required.
- Familiarity with specialist software, including Document Management Systems and Viewpoint, would be a distinct advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to foster teamwork.
- You must be able to build relationships and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- A positive and adaptable approach is essential.
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks, time, and people efficiently to meet deadlines.
- The capacity to work independently is also a requirement.
