Senior Administrator, Client Services (Real Estate)

Our client has an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join their vibrant Client Services team within the real estate sector. This full-time position focuses on providing high-quality administration for a varied portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, with a strong emphasis on client service. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will manage all aspects of the client life cycle, including the initial client take-on process and the ongoing administration of accounts. You will be instrumental in ensuring both client satisfaction and the effective management of client relationships, making certain that service levels are maintained. The role offers the chance for professional growth along with dedicated mentoring and development support as you contribute to the organisation's success.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Manage and take full responsibility for the administration of a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring that client relationships and administration are conducted effectively and to a high standard.
  • Ensure that you understand the transactions involved, providing technical support and training to colleagues as necessary.
  • Effectively manage client expectations and cultivate valuable relationships to enhance service quality.
  • Assist with the daily activities, ensuring timely processing of tasks, meeting both transactional and internal procedural deadlines, and managing work in progress and debt collection.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately and maximise the use of resources within the team to maintain high service standards.
  • Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in corporate administration is essential.
  • You should hold or be pursuing a relevant professional qualification, such as STEP or CGI.
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft desktop software is required.
  • Familiarity with specialist software, such as Document Management Systems and Viewpoint, would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • You must be able to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team.
  • A positive and flexible approach to your work is essential.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks, time, and resources effectively to meet deadlines.
  • The ability to work independently is also required.
