Senior Administrator, Client Services

Our client is looking for a Senior Administrator to join their Client Services team, where you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a high-quality portfolio of clients. This full-time position offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse array of clients while ensuring that their needs are met effectively and professionally. The role is pivotal in maintaining excellent client relationships and supporting the overall success of the team's objectives.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Provide ongoing administrative support to ensure the effective management of a diverse portfolio of client accounts, ensuring all services meet the highest standards.
  • Manage client expectations proactively, nurturing strong relationships and communication throughout the service delivery process.
  • Assist in the coordination and timely processing of work, effectively prioritising tasks to meet statutory and internal deadlines while managing work in progress (WIP) and supporting debt collection efforts.
  • Take an active role in the client acceptance process, enhancing the onboarding experience and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the wider team and contribute to the overall success of client services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • A strong background in corporate administration is essential for this role, ideally with proven experience in client services.
  • Candidates should be pursuing a relevant professional qualification, such as STEP or CGI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to build strong working relationships and contribute effectively within a team environment is crucial.
  • A drive to excel in a financial services role is highly regarded.
  • A positive, adaptable approach to work and challenges is expected.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines are essential.
  • Proficiency in working independently and making decisions when necessary is required.
