Administrator, Client Services

Our client is seeking an Administrator to become an integral part of their dedicated and progressive client services team, delivering comprehensive administration services to an international client base. This full-time role will involve administering a defined portfolio that primarily includes fund and corporate structures, while also extending support to the administration of trusts, foundations, and limited partnerships across their wider client portfolio. The Administrator will collaborate closely with local and remote teams to ensure consistency and provide support as needed. The role encompasses various responsibilities such as maintaining client relationships, assisting in training, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Administer a defined client portfolio comprising predominantly fund and corporate structures, which may also include trusts, foundations, limited partnerships, and other entities.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with your team, intermediaries, clients, and client advisors.
  • Assist senior team members in providing day-to-day training and support to Assistant Administrators when necessary.
  • Undertake billing and debt collection for your client portfolio.
  • Conduct initial reviews of financial statements for your client portfolio before presentation for signing.
  • Engage in the acquisition, monitoring, management, and disposal of assets within your client portfolio, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Prepare written correspondence, board and trustee minutes, checklists, and other client documentation as required.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive client files, ensuring documents are filed correctly and promptly.
  • Attend to CRS/FATCA reporting preparatory work and analysis.
  • Prepare statutory filings and tax returns in various jurisdictions for entities under administration.
  • Review periodic assessments prepared by an independent reviewer for your client portfolio and address any findings raised.
  • Provide general assistance to other members of the client services team and management as required.
  • Record all time accurately and promptly for review and approval by your line manager on the following working day.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • CGI/STEP Certificate or equivalent completed, or
  • Part way through ICAEW/ACCA accountancy qualification (with exam success to date), or
  • Basic level qualification relevant to the function.
