Our client is seeking a full-time temporary Senior Trust Administrator to join their team in the Isle of Man, starting in mid-October. This role is designed to provide maternity cover for an existing Senior Administrator and is anticipated to last for 12 months, although this duration is subject to confirmation. As a vital member of the administration team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, thoughtful, and personal service to clients. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient administration across a portfolio of client transactions while contributing to the organisation's revenue goals.
JOB DUTIES:
- Deliver coordinated, efficient, and compliant administration across your client transaction portfolio.
- Ensure the Engagement Lead is informed of significant client matters in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the bottom line by achieving recovery rates and billing targets.
- Administer all aspects of corporate and trust structures effectively.
- Liaise with advisors, banks, and professionals to ensure seamless administration.
- Maintain accurate client data using fiduciary systems.
- Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and promptly addressing queries.
- Identify opportunities for new business and refer them to the New Business team.
- Provide support to Senior Managers with a focus on best practice.
- Draft minutes and file notes from meetings and telephone calls using company templates.
- Control billing and debtor management in accordance with company procedures.
- Conduct risk reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Trust and Corporate Services Provider (TCSP) sector is essential.
- Experience with fiduciary management software, such as Laserfiche or Viewpoint, is advantageous.
- Attained or currently pursuing a recognised professional qualification.
- Strong technical experience in the administration of trusts and offshore fiduciary structures.
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications and fiduciary management/data storage software.
- Ability to maintain professionalism while building and managing client relationships effectively.
- Practical, hands-on approach with a strong sense of urgency and reliability.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy, able to leverage systems and applications efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and provide clarity.
