Our client is seeking a full-time Senior Administrator in Client Services to be based in Guernsey. This role is integral to providing high-quality administrative support for a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, focusing on delivering exceptional client service at all times. You will be responsible for the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing administration, and will assist the management team with daily operational matters. In this position, you will work collaboratively to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements while enhancing the firm's reputation through strong client relationships. JOB DUTIES:
- Take responsibility for the administration of a varied portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring effective management of client relationships.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of client structures and transactions, providing technical support and guidance to junior team members as required.
- Foster valuable relationships with clients to maximise team reputation and potential for repeat engagements and referrals.
- Assist with the setup, onboarding, and ongoing administration of Guernsey companies, partnerships, and trusts, as well as other fiduciary structures.
- Manage workflows efficiently across your portfolio, ensuring timely processing of work and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain high-quality client service standards, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
- Comply with the firm's policies, procedures, values, and risk management framework at all times.
- Collaborate with the Risk and Compliance team to ensure accurate processing of client due diligence and that reviews are current.
- Support ongoing data input and maintenance within the corporate services practice management database.
- Enhance technical knowledge through continuing professional development (CPD) as required for your role.
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties as necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in a relevant role, demonstrating a solid understanding of corporate, trust, and fiduciary services principles.
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong focus on prioritisation and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills; a team player who promotes mutual respect and collaboration.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, process efficiency, and automation.
- Be part or fully qualified with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) or the International Compliance Association (ICSA), showing a commitment to continuous personal development.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software, such as Document Management Systems (Worksite) and Viewpoint, is advantageous.
