Our client is currently seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to join their innovative team in developing Digital Banking and Investment platforms. This full-time position plays a pivotal role within an agile development team, focusing on the design, control, deployment, customization, and integration of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. As a technical lead, you will take ownership of complex, cross-system solutions and provide mentorship to junior developers. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that drive both internal and external reporting requirements.
JOB DUTIES:
- Lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions, collaborating effectively with software developers, business analysts, software architects, and IT professionals.
- Own the technical approach for enhancing existing systems to align with new business, reporting, compliance, or risk requirements.
- Architect the integration and transformation of data to meet internal and external reporting needs.
- Define and manage data control and information flow throughout the organization.
- Design and oversee the integration of existing systems and services into the overall platform architecture.
- Mentor and support the technical development of mid-level and junior developers within the team.
- Act as a key technical point of contact for stakeholders regarding complex or ambiguous requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of proven experience in prototyping, developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Strong track record in customizing and creating CRM entities and business rules.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing plugins for the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM, including complex integrations.
- Strong skills in Microsoft .NET / C# along with experience in source control management and continuous integration/deployment strategies.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders, including non-technical audiences and senior leaders.
- Extensive experience working in Agile and dynamic development environments.
- An accountable, "Can Do" approach is essential, along with the ability to lead by example.
