Our client is an established organisation seeking a Transaction Analyst to join their Capital Markets team. In this full-time role, you will manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of Jersey-based client entities and capital markets structures. You will ensure timely delivery of services while taking ownership of your workload and ensuring client deliverables are met. Under the guidance of a Senior Transaction Analyst or Manager, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and delegate tasks to junior colleagues, while fostering a comprehensive understanding of transaction management and corporate governance.
Job Duties:
Manage the daily administration of an allocated portfolio of Jersey companies, special purpose vehicles (SPVs), and capital markets structures, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery with appropriate oversight.
Support the establishment and implementation of new structures and transactions, including entity formation, transaction closure, document execution coordination, and post-completion activities.
Maintain diary and workflow systems, taking ownership of contractual, statutory, regulatory, and client deadlines while promptly escalating potential delays.
Coordinate routine matters with clients, legal advisers, auditors, tax advisers, and other transaction parties, seeking guidance for complex issues.
Prepare materials for board and shareholder meetings, including agendas, board packs, minutes, and resolutions, and monitor the completion of agreed actions.
Ensure statutory books, registers, corporate records, and client data are accurate and current across relevant systems.
Prepare routine statutory filings and support incorporations, officer changes, distributions, and entity closures, with necessary approvals.
Apply good corporate governance principles and promptly escalate significant or unusual matters to senior management.
Assist with client take-on and periodic reviews, including customer due diligence and risk assessments, in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements.
Monitor ongoing obligations and escalate overdue actions, unusual activities, conflicts, breaches, or complaints.
Build effective working relationships with clients and intermediaries, serving as a reliable contact for allocated matters with senior support as needed.
Maintain accurate time recording and monitor work in progress, ensuring service levels and performance measures are met.
Prepare and issue client billing according to timelines and fee arrangements, identifying out-of-scope work and deferring fee concerns to senior colleagues.
Delegate or coordinate routine tasks with junior colleagues, providing clear instructions and following up on completion while remaining accountable.
Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to support seamless service delivery and contribute to process improvements.
Take ownership of personal learning and professional development by building technical knowledge through practical experience and relevant study.

Relevant experience in corporate administration, financial services, or a related regulated environment is essential.
Experience managing or supporting a portfolio of client entities is advantageous.
A strong interest in capital markets, structured finance, SPVs, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
