Project Officer

Do you have proven experience of successfully coordinating projects across various IT work streams and escalating effectively? Are you looking for a new temporary opportunity? If so, our client is seeking a Project Officer to join their team for a period of 12 months. You will, in conjunction with the Head of Integration, assist with management and tracking of technology projects associated with the overall integration programme. You will apply your experience to assist with project delivery within agreed deadlines and standards, use excellent communication, time management and organisational skills to manage issues, minute meetings and ensure follow on actions are performed by relevant team members. Project Manager

Project Manager, Change

The successful candidate will hold a MSP, Prince2, APMP or AgilePM and have proven experience of successful managing complex or technical projects. Business Analysts x2

Do you have experience within a Business Analyst team / Change Management within the Financial Services sector? Do you have strong problem solving and decision making skills, along with sound judgement and assertiveness across multiple business units / functions? If so, this 3 month temporary vacancy may interest you! As a Business Analyst you will review, understand and document business processes with a view to ensuring all solutions are aligned with the business strategy, goals and objectives, including the effective application of technology to business problems and opportunities. In addition, work closely with the Software Development team and any third party providers of Software used across the Group, to assist with the detailed design, testing and implementation phases of development and maintenance projects.

Business Analyst

Do you have project experience? Are you familiar with Agile / Waterfall techniques? If so, this new opportunity may interest you! As a Business Analyst you will be working 25 hours per week, on a temporary basis, until December 2020, for a leading employer within their Financial Stability Division, specifically on the IT team. Within this busy role you will be responsible for co-ordinating and undertaking user acceptance testing for Online Services, identifying test cases, developing test plans and test outcomes, identifying opportunities for the general development of the Online Services offerings both from an internal and external user perspective. You will also assist with the training of new staff, recognising the different styles and abilities of the team and support staff contributing to their development, including reviewing and monitoring workflow and providing on the job training, advice and guidance. The ideal candidate will have experience as the ‘go-between’ for technical IT teams and the end users, as well as being a super-user of systems and portals.

Contract Manager

Itchyfeet are working on a new temporary vacancy for a Contract Manager to join our client’s team, for a period of 6 months. You will lead on the day to day management of a portfolio of contracts for individuals with complex needs, whose care is provided within care packages / placements, both in the UK and in Jersey. This will include end to end contract management process with regular reviews of the contract outcomes, whilst providing support, education and feedback to social workers, care coordinators and service providers. A first degree or equivalent, together with a minimum of 3 years practical experience working in an associated health / social care area is required for this role and ideally a project management qualification or similar.

Test Analyst

Our client is seeking a Test Analyst to join their Change team in January 2020, on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months, to support with the testing of a large project. You will be responsible for performing the end to end testing process (system, performance and UAT) of delivered solutions, ensuring test is carried out to the standards defined and compliant with audit and regulatory standards. You will need to be able to work on your own direction and initiative, taking ownership for the testing and driving it forward. The successful candidate will have experience of JIRA and have used the Agile and the V Model approach to testing, and hold a ISTQB qualification.

Project Test Lead

As Test Lead you will be required to lead and manage the functional & non-functional testing efforts on several projects across a range of applications, and be responsible for test planning, execution and reporting to ensure the delivery of high-quality business applications, following industry best practice. Excellent understanding of testing methodology and analytical skills to ensure full understanding of potential defects are required, along with full software development lifecycle experience using structured and agile approaches.

As a Compliance Project Manager you will provide project management expertise to the Compliance Workstream, manage / coordinate people and processes to ensure that Compliance projects are delivered on time and with the desired results and support the Compliance & Risk Director in the delivery of specific projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the finance industry, particularly Trust or Fund Service Business experience in Private Equity and Real Estate Fund administration preferred.
