Business Intelligence Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join their organisation on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to support the Group Trust locations in the delivery of high-quality management information (MI) and regulatory reporting, primarily using tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and Alteryx. Based in a collaborative environment, you will act as the NavOne Subject Matter Expert while driving technology-led improvements and supporting key jurisdictions including the Cayman and Bahamas offices. This is a varied and hands-on role offering both project and operational responsibilities.

Job Duties:

  • Maintain and create management information using Power BI, SSRS, Alteryx, and other reporting tools
  • Identify opportunities for technology-led enhancements to operational and process efficiency
  • Scope, design, build, and deploy MI and reporting solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors where required
  • Provide direct support for regulatory data returns and risk and compliance reporting for Group Trust sites, particularly in the Cayman and Bahamas offices
  • Act as NavOne Subject Matter Expert and represent the business on the Group Technical User Committee
  • Support data requirements and risk/compliance reporting across multiple jurisdictions for use in group committees and board meetings
  • Assist in implementing fixes, enhancements, and new capabilities to systems including NavOne
  • Participate in or lead operational projects as a technical resource or project lead
  • Offer user support and resolve issues relating to system settings, bugs, and data reporting platforms
  • Provide training and assistance to end-users regarding new features and system upgrades

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with SSRS, Power BI, and Alteryx for data workflows, MI, ad-hoc data requests, and reporting
  • Strong working knowledge of Quantios NavOne or MS Business Central (MS Dynamics), or similar CRM systems
  • Familiarity with MS Fabric, Visual Studio Code, and PowerShell in relation to MS Dynamics (BC24+)
  • Excellent self-management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Minimum of three years' relevant work-based experience
  • Experience within or supporting a Fiduciary or Wealth Management environment
  • Relevant certification in Business Central, MS Dynamics, or demonstrable equivalent work-based experience
  • Experience with MS SQL Server
