Program Manager, Banking

They are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to drive their digital banking transformation initiatives in collaboration with the Product Manager. This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of complex, cross-functional programmes across Web/Mobile, CRM, and Core Banking platforms, while upholding operational excellence and regulatory standards. Job Duties:

• Coordinate and manage the delivery of multiple interconnected technology programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Establish and maintain robust programme governance frameworks and monitor programme budgets for financial discipline.
• Implement and optimise programme management methodologies, including establishing KPIs and reporting mechanisms.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing conflicts effectively.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate programme-level risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between technology, business, compliance, and operations teams.

Job Requirements:

• Proven record managing technology transformation programmes, ideally within the banking or fintech sectors.
• Strong experience coordinating complex, multi-workstream initiatives related to Core Banking, CRM, digital platforms, and API-led architectures.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments, adept at aligning delivery with compliance mandates.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Understanding of banking technology architecture, API design, and modern tech stacks.
