Temporary Senior / Client Relationship Manager Corporate - 5-6 months

Our client is a leading international provider of corporate, trust, tax, accounting, and fund administration services. They are currently seeking a temporary Senior / Client Relationship Manager for a contract of 5-6 months based in Guernsey. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client expectations and delivering high-quality administration services. The role involves servicing a portfolio of corporate entities, acting as a key contact, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service in an efficient and proactive manner. This position will provide an opportunity to engage directly with clients and third-party stakeholders, including board members. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the successful candidate will become a signatory and take ownership at the appropriate level.

Job Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships and activities for a portfolio of clients.
  • Provide a high level of professional service for a diverse range of client relationships.
  • Prepare for and attend board meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes, and written resolutions.
  • Assist company boards in ensuring good governance practices are upheld.
  • Liaise with professional third-party firms as necessary.
  • Process documentation related to investment transactions.
  • Communicate with various parties during transactions or corporate actions.
  • Adhere to operating procedures and internal policies.
  • Support company-wide objectives proactively.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player in an open and transparent environment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Company Admin/Fund Admin or Company Secretarial role.
  • No specific qualification required, but ideally should hold or be willing to study for CGI or an equivalent qualification.
  • A strong grasp of oral and written English.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and multiple deadlines in a proactive manner.
