Job Duties:
Oversee and support daily operational activities across all business units.
Ensure smooth coordination between business operations in Hotels, Transport, Fuels, and Commercial units.
Monitor workflow efficiency and assist in resolving operational bottlenecks.
Provide regular updates on operational status, challenges, and improvements.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures across the Group.
Track operational KPIs and performance metrics to ensure compliance with set targets.

Prepare consolidated performance reports and summaries for management review.
Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support internal audit and compliance activities by maintaining proper documentation and controls.
Assist in implementing audit recommendations and strengthening internal processes.
Promote a culture of accountability and operational discipline across all teams.
Support budgeting and cost management activities within operational departments.
Monitor expenditure against approved budgets and report variances.
Ensure efficient allocation and utilisation of operational resources.
Coordinate with Finance on cash flow and procurement-related matters.
Supervise and guide operational managers to ensure effective execution of responsibilities.
Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing between business units.
Assist in training and development initiatives for operational teams.
Support HR and management in workforce planning and performance monitoring.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
7–10 years of experience in operations management or business administration, preferably in a group or multi-entity organisation.
Strong understanding of operational processes, compliance, and performance monitoring.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Effective communicator with strong organisational and coordination abilities.

Job Requirements:
Level 4 qualified with a relevant financial planning qualification
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a wealth planning role
Strong understanding of financial planning products and practices
Competence in providing wealth planning advice under T&C policies
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Familiarity with financial planning software, such as XPlan and Voyant
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with various audiences
Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities
A commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and compliance with regulations
