Talent Acquisition Lead

This role involves delivering a comprehensive talent acquisition service, tailored to the needs of the business line, country, or function. The responsibilities will encompass the effective sourcing of candidates and optimising channels to attract the right talent. The individual will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to devise solutions that address workforce challenges and enhance value for stakeholders. The role is open only to Jersey residents and does not support relocation or sponsorship. The successful candidate will analyse trends in both local and international digital innovation, preparing analytics and forecasts that influence changes in practices and solutions. Furthermore, the individual will be tasked with leading campaigns to raise awareness of internal offerings and promote the adoption of innovative technologies to enrich the employee experience. Job Duties:

  • Execute talent acquisition strategies in alignment with business needs.
  • Analyse trends in digital innovation and prepare related metrics.
  • Collaborate across teams to create end-to-end workforce solutions.
  • Deliver talent acquisition propositions to strengthen stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop plans for solution deployment and raise awareness of internal offerings.
  • Facilitate the adoption of advanced technologies within the recruitment process.
  • Provide insights on system-related issues and identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of a first degree in Human Resources.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to the People & Culture practice.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
  • Proven experience in delivering solutions and marketing P&C initiatives.
  • Competence in driving team-based solutions and embracing change.
