Our client is seeking a contract Assistant Client Relationship Manager to join their team in Guernsey. This role is pivotal in managing client expectations while delivering efficient, timely, and high-quality administration services. You will assist the team in providing a professional service to a diverse portfolio of client relationships, specifically in fund and corporate structures. The position requires collaboration with team members for effective service delivery and encompasses aspects such as processing payments, preparing for board meetings, and liaising with various stakeholders. This is a temporary position aimed at enhancing operational support within the Corporate and Fund Services sector.
JOB DUTIES:
- Assist in managing client expectations to ensure high-quality administration services.
- Process payments and maintain trackers, logs, and checklists throughout the administration process.
- Work with team members in preparation for board meetings, including drafting reports and collating papers.
- Draft board meeting agendas, minutes, and written resolutions.
- Support adherence to good governance practices within company boards.
- Liaise with third-party firms and Directors as required.
- Assist in processing Capital Calls and Distributions, monitoring cash flow and reconciling bank accounts.
- Handle documentation related to investment transactions.
- Facilitate communication across various parties during transactions or corporate actions.
- Ensure compliance with operating procedures and internal policies.
- Support company-wide objectives proactively.
- Adhere to regulatory and legal requirements in all tasks.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior office or administrative experience in a financial services environment is desirable.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and multiple deadlines within a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate accountability for maintaining effective internal controls and compliance with procedures.
