Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Administrator on a fixed-term basis for a duration of five months, within their Private Client Services department. This hybrid role focuses on supporting the administration duties required for the successful management and completion of client reviews, ensuring adherence to relevant policies and procedures. You will play a vital role in facilitating client profiles and risk assessments across multiple jurisdictions, contributing to a high standard of client service. The position encompasses responsibilities that include drafting client profiles, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. You will engage with various teams to monitor project progress and assist with management reporting. This role provides you an opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment while enhancing your administrative skills.
JOB DUTIES:
- Assist in the review and drafting of client profiles and risk assessments, such as post client-onboarding, periodic, reduced services, and PEP reviews, across multiple jurisdictions while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Conduct evaluations of World-check 1 and media check screening output.
- Manage scanning and filing tasks to maintain organised client records.
- Support management in addressing issues emerging from various review types.
- Aid in the timely production of Management Information and reports as required by management.
- Collaborate with team members on projects, ensuring that progress is communicated effectively to your line manager.
- Monitor and manage the relevant team email inbox to ensure timely responses.
- Achieve utilisation targets set for the role.
- Perform any other duties deemed necessary by management to support the team effectively.
- Ensure continuous knowledge of and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Adhere to risk and compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.
- Uphold core values and expected behaviours within the organisation.
- Complete continuing professional development (CPD) requirements in alignment with qualification level and internal procedures.
