HR Manager - Jersey

Within this brilliant 12 month temporary opportunity, you will deliver day to day HR support to a large company in Jersey and Guernsey. This will involve supporting the trust & fund businesses and acting as a regulated FSB and TCB, as much of the work is underpinned by local regulatory frameworks on each Island. Your team will liaise closely with Risk & Compliance ensuring HR policies and procedures are fit for purpose. The role has a matrix reporting line and the individual will be expected to assist the HR Director to apply and deliver Group HR projects. You’ll also work closely with colleagues in other areas to draw on resources and knowledge in Talent Acquisition, Reward, Business Academy and HRIS. You will desirably have relevant HR qualifications or hold a business degree along with 5+ years’ experience and the demonstrable ability to make decisions based on insight and knowledge.
