Senior HR Administrator

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Administrator to join our client’s team, on a 6-8 month temporary basis. The role will be heavily admin focussed although there may also be some involvement in recruitment. Duties will include processing  all new joiners, managing absence admin, processing leavers, maintenance of HR databases, monitoring and presentation of long service awards, responding to reference requests, distribution of online Birthday cards, booking staff health and eye checks, processing HR related invoices as well as filing / archiving in a timely manner. The successful candidate will be highly organised with strong IT skills to include bespoke databases, word and excel.  Experience of HR admin / recruitment is desirable but not essential.

Recruitment Administrator

Our client is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join their team, on a temporary basis, until the end of March/beginning of April 2020 on a fixed term basis, to provide efficient administration support to the recruitment team. Duties will include advertising and closing vacancies on all recruitment avenues, helping to organise recruitment events, arranging interviews with candidates and recruitment team/hiring managers, ensuring all steps on the onboarding spreadsheet are completed and kept updated in a timely manner, as well as updating the Starter and Leaver Pipeline with new joiner’s information. This role would suit a methodical candidate with excellent organisational skills, and have the ability to prioritise work load and meet tight deadlines.

Administrator, GDPR x2

Itchyfeet have received a new temporary opportunity for two individuals to join our client’s HR department, for a period of 6 months, to assist with a GDPR project.  You will be assisting with remediating data to ensure ongoing adherence to GDPR requirements and data retention periods in line with company policy. Key duties will include following detailed instructions to sort and organise various types of HR data, which may include personal and sensitive information, using your initiative to review and classify data, highlighting any anomalies, as well as sorting, reviewing, filing, scanning, classifying and tracking HR information. Data types will include data held within electronic data management storage systems, as well as current and archived hard copy files and records. This role would suit candidates with a good eye for detail, who are IT proficient and have a demonstrated understanding of file reviews and HR experience. 

HR Officer

Do you have a minimum of 3 years HR experience? Are you looking for a new temporary opportunity? If so, our client is seeking an individual to join their team, for a period of 3 months, as a HR Officer. You will deliver a professional human resource service to a designated department, as well as assisting in the delivery of the HR business plan. You will provide advice and guidance to Managers in relation to a range of HR issues to include: terms and conditions, HR policies and procedures, recruitment and selection, job description writing, absence management and occupational health referrals as well as performance management, to include capability issues and training and development, pensions and health and safety. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence are of particular importance for this role.
