As a HR Administrator / Advisor you will act as the first point of contact for queries from employees and external stakeholders, face to face, via e-mail, and over the telephone, in particular being first point of contact in providing procedural guidance on a range of administration issues on behalf of the Director, ensuring a proactive, professional and efficient service is received by the business. This role would suit a candidate who is level 3 CIPD qualified, with experience using HR information systems, and has proficient reporting and analytical skills. Previous administration experience in a similar role is required. This temporary role is for a period of 3 - 6 months.
