This role is integral to establishing robust governance, providing insightful analysis, and facilitating effective escalation throughout the project's lifecycle. The individual will be responsible for owning and continuously improving the PMO framework while identifying and implementing efficiencies. Additionally, they will ensure that disciplined governance is embedded across all project workstreams. Responsibilities also include supporting the preparation of materials for project meetings, such as Steering Group and Project Oversight Committee materials. The PMO Manager will be tasked with delivering meaningful project reporting, including delivery progress updates, dashboards, RAID logs, and milestone tracking at agreed frequencies.
