Itchyfeet has an amazing new opportunity for a relationship manager who is a hands-on, enthusiastic and client focused professional with a background in property lending. This role will include the management of a number of lending transactions of varying complexity across a number of asset classes including property and investment portfolio gearing. You will prepare credit reports, lending documentation, see to the day to day management of the TCSP Jersey and IOM portfolio including: effective credit stewardship and proactive engagement with clients in relation to loan expiries/extensions. You will require a good understanding of the regulatory environment including the regulations, rules and guidance and knowledge of lending procedures and solid financial analysis skills to aid with the assessment of new and existing clients.
