Fund Administration Manager, Real Estate - Jersey

Our client is looking for an individual to take responsibility for the administration of a limited portfolio of complex and high risk cases and also provide management and technical support to a team of fund administrators on a temporary basis.  You will manage risk exposure by ensuring risk/review procedures are followed at all times and be aware of the need for professional advice and have a comprehensive understanding of local and other applicable regulatory matters. Ideally a minimum of 6 years or more relevant funds and company administration experience is required along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.

Client Services Manager - Jersey

The purpose of this role is to provide a 13-month maternity cover for the existing permanently engaged Client Services Manager. This will involve providing professional client service to corporate and fund clients whilst being responsible for client relationship management as well as project management of client transactions ensuring all client deliverables are met in a timely manner. As part of a small team, the role is ‘hands-on’ and will require involvement in all aspects of client administration. You need to hold an ICSA, ACCA, ACA or other recognised financial services qualification, preferably with post qualification experience in a funds / corporate services environment. Real Estate administration experience or experience in a Funds service environment would be beneficial but not essential.
