The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong analytical skills and commercial awareness, have excellent client service mentality and pricing experience. Part qualified candidates with appropriate experience would also be considered.

Our client is seeking a Senior Claims Administrator to assist with the operations of the policy servicing department to effectively deliver a direct service to clients and IFAs by the processing of all requests within specified servicing times. It is essential that you have at least 2 years’ experience in financial services and the ability to draft basic letters and fax, and time working in a customer facing administration role. It is desirable for you to have a good understanding of AML/KYC requirements and 2+ years within a life assurance company, with influencing and interpersonal skills and holding or the desire to work towards a professional qualification such as FPC.
